"My name is M. Johnson and I recently purchased a cockatiel from Chris Gallegos. The bird was born May 8th and I was able to bring him home July 3rd.

In the time I've had my bird, I have consistently handled him every day, mornings before work, and in the evenings as much as possible with much patience and care, which in turn I have gained his total trust and love. Also, my bird became this tame by me because of the tips and experience that Chris shared with me.

Chris explained to me it I wanted a tame bird I need to first start by visiting the bird during weaning so it would get to know me and would not be upset when it was time to come home with me. While visiting my bird I got to experience watching Chris feed the other birds and talk to them like they were in fact, her own children. Seeing this, I knew I was getting a pet from someone who not only knows what she is doing, but someone who loves what their doing and seeing a sincere compassion with all of the birds. A breeder like this is very hard to find!

It takes a lot of handling. patience and love to have a tame bird. Just because they are hand fed doesn't mean it ends there, it's an every day thing, just like raising a cat or dog or any kind of pet for that matter!"

"...In conclusion, it is of my personal experience with other breeders and pets, Chris Gallegos is one of the finest breeders I have ever met, and I would highly recommend to anyone."
